- Meeting at 5:45 pm in ballet room
- On-ice from 6:10-7:10 pm.
- All interested skaters are welcome to attend!
- Suggested attire: black pants, black fitted top, hair pulled back

- No synchronized skating experience necessary!
- All adult skaters interested in learning more about
synchronized skating are welcome to try skating with the
team to see how you like it! - Skaters should be at least 19 years old by July 1st.
- Recommended skills:
- Forward and backwards crossovers
- Forward stroking
- Mohawks
- Forward 3-turns
- Stops
